NEW CASTLE COUNTY
In New Castle County, after 5:30 p.m. the night before you are scheduled to report:
Call the Jury Information Line, 302.255.0800:.
Select Menu Option #2. You will get a recording which asks you to select your jury type. The Jury Type appears in the upper right-hand corner of your Summons.
You have been summoned for one of five types:
Petit (traditional jury service), Select Option # 1
Capital Murder, Select Option # 2
Complex Civil Litigation, Select Option # 3
Justice of the Peace Court 13, Select Option # 4
Special Criminal, Select Option # 5

KENT COUNTY
In Kent County, after 5:00 p.m. the night before you are scheduled to report, for Petit Jury, Call 302.739.5328; for Capital and Special Jury, Call 302.739.4666. You will hear a recording which lists each group, by number, explaining when and where to report. (Your group number appears in the upper right-hand corner of your Summons.) The Jury Type appears in the upper right-hand corner of your Summons.
SUSSEX COUNTY
In Sussex County, after 5:00 p.m. the night before you are scheduled to report, Call 302.856.5624. You will hear a recording which lists each group, by number, explaining when and where to report. (Your group number appears in the upper right-hand corner of your Summons.) The Jury Type appears in the upper right-hand corner of your Summons.

GENERAL INFORMATION JUROR REPORTING
 NOTE: Please bring your completed Juror Qualification Questionnaire with you if you did not mail or fax it to Superior Court Jury Services.
When you come to Jury Services, please bring and have in your hand the top part of your Summons.
All e-devices, cellular telephones, camera phones, I-Pod’s or other personal communication devices (e.g. , Blackberries, Sidekicks, pagers, PDA’s etc.) are not permitted in the courthouse. Any device found in the possession of a person in the courthouse contrary to this policy may be subject to seizure and forfeiture. There are phones available for jurors to use in the Jury Assembly Room.
In New Castle County ONLY, there are 40 lockers (at a cost of $1) for people to put their possessions outside in the garage by the entrance. If you do not want to use those lockers, please leave your items in your car or leave them at home.
Also, Capitol Police will not allow any food or drinks into the building unless you can provide documentation it is a necessity related to a condition or special circumstance that exists. I apologize for any inconvenience.

NEW CASTLE COUNTY
The Jury Assembly Room is located on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in Suite 1800. The Courthouse is located at 500 North King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Telephone 302.255.0800.
Do not arrive at the Courthouse before 7:00 am. If you arrive between 7:00 am and 8:15 am, you will have to wait in the atrium until security allows jurors to enter the building. There are no benches, chairs or access to a cafeteria in the Atrium.
After you enter the building you will go through security and the metal detectors. Turn right after going through security. (Do not get on the escalators.) Go past the Down Escalators keep walking until you reach the third set of doors on your left. This will be Jury Services. Please check in with the Jury Clerk at the desk. Be sure to bring your completed Qualification Questionnaire that is on the bottom part of your Juror Summons unless you mailed, Faxed or submitted online previously.
In New Castle County bring your parking stub. Get in line and read the notice board before checking in, the board will remind you to have your Summons and parking stub with you when checking in. If you do not have your parking stub with you, we may not be able to validate it.
KENT COUNTY
The Jury Assembly Room is located on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse. The Kent County Courthouse Is located at 414 Federal Street, Dover, DE 19901. Telephone 302.735.1900, Ext. 58021.
After passing through security proceed down the hallway past the stairs and turn right at the end of the hallway. The Jury Assembly Room is the last office on the left.
