NOTICE REGARDING CLE COMPLIANCE DATE:

Please be advised, that the finalized 2011Delaware CLE Transcript will be available for review on March 1, 2012.  If it is your reporting year, your verification/certification of the 2011 transcript is due to this Office by March 31, 2012. 

An email will be sent on March 1, 2012 regarding the process for reviewing and certifying the finalized transcripts online.

There will be no change to the due dates for completing and reporting Make-Up Plans (completion is due April 30 and reporting is due May 15).

Moot Court/ Mock Trial Competitions

The policy statement may be viewed on our website at http://courts.delaware.gov/cle/pol/judgingmootcourt.pdf. Applicants should use the new Form 8-B(1) when applying for credit for moot court competitions and new Form 8-B(2) when applying for credit for judging or coaching Delaware and National High School Mock Trial competitions.
