Amendment to Court of Chancery Rules 100-103 - Effective May 1, 2012, these amendments address petitions to modify trusts by consent and will help the Court protect trust assets of minor and unborn beneficiaries and ensure the integrity of the Court in the process of modifying trusts.

Amendment to Court of Chancery Rule 3 - Effective April 1, 2012, this amendment changes the requirements regarding the filing of Motions to Expedite, changes certain Guardianship fees and the instances when fees are charged for court proceedings. A revised Supplemental Information Sheet is attached which incorporates the changes for the filings of Expedited proceedings and should be used effective immediately with all new case filings.
