  Notice for those seeking judicial clerkships with the Court of Chancery.

The Court of Chancery is now accepting applications for judicial clerkships for the 2018-2019 term. Applicants must have completed law school before beginning a clerkship. The deadline for applications is February 15, 2017. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their application packages as early as possible. The Court of Chancery is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph R. Slights III as a Vice Chancellor. Governor Jack Markell appointed Slights to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Vice Chancellor John Noble in February of this year. Vice Chancellor Slights was confirmed by the Senate on March 16, 2016 and was sworn in on March 28, 2016.

The Court of Chancery is pleased to announce the appointment of Morgan Zurn as a Master in Chancery. Ms. Zurn comes to the Court of Chancery from her position as a Deputy Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice, where she has worked since 2009. Full story...
