 Automatic Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation 
Effective January 19, 2012, the Mediation Program will apply to all mortgage foreclosure actions filed from January 19, 2012 through January 18, 2014 under 10 Del. C. §5016 with respect to owner-occupied one-to-four family primary residential properties, unless the mortgage is held by the seller of the subject property who does not hold more than five such properties.
